Inspired by the CW4 emitters, take on a tiny landscape of immortal emitters! Emitters are not destroyed by nullifiers, but they are weakened enough that a steady supply of packets will render them incapacitated. Don't run out of power, though, or they'll come back to life! Now with immortal runner nests! Currently playing with a new terrain generator as well, let me know what you think.
I made it much, much larger... but had a script problem and defaulted to a tiny test map. I hope you have fun! I'm sure we'll see more immortals soon!
An interesting concept, which is a good thing in general.
I am not sure about the added strategic depth. I tend to build enough reactors to power everything once I have stabilized, so keeping the emitters powered means I have make sure that the energy flow stays uninterrupted, which is not a big deal.
It would be a significant addition in space-constrained and energy-constrained maps though.
