Victory guide in case you just want to see the new codes in action below this.

Get collectors on the starting corner, then get a mortar. Get reactors. Add 2 more mortars. Spam reactors until there is only like 4 more places you can build left. Build mortars and attack the nearby flip-emitter. Terraform the nearby terrain (1 tile is enough) to 10 and hold your cursor there to capture the flip-emitter. For the emitter on the lower right: Same idea. For the emitter at the top right: Terraform nearby terrain (all nearby tiles for cannons) to 10 and build some cannons to capture the emitter. For the emitter in space: hold your cursor on it while having captured the top-right emitter. All other parts of the level are so easy/normal that I won't even make them a part of the guide.
Of course, if you can win the level without reading a guide first, you will be cooler (This is subjective and may differ from person to person.) than the people that did read the guide to win.

I forgot to mention something about the CRPLcores: They can still be targetted by nullifiers unless you manually set that to 'off', and the cursor script doesn't set CountsForVictory to False. You will have to remember this if you use the scripts from this level yourself.
