another map who the creeper will be VERY stronger with time...
If ever there was an EXPERT ONLY map, this would be it. I have been trying to beat this for a couple weeks (after resting my brain here and there) and I cannot beat it. I have been able to push to the final dissolvable wall (and about 1/4 - 1/3 the rest) and hold that line but after that, NO ______ing way.
I am not familiar with the posted names of the players that have completed this map.
I recall trying a few times myself and not succeeding.
How the people did this in less than 20 minutes I will never know. But Im gonna try again....

Dude, for one thing, you *never* need more than one storage unit. Unless of course, you play a map where you have limited ability to build up energy to 32 units/second and you expect to play from reserves. I think Alwego had a map like that.I see they give you those storage units. I played this map, but it wasn't much fun.

My score is the worst of all recorded scores... :P
My advice, is slow down early on on building that many blasters and spend more energy getting reactors built. ALso build as fast as you can a line of collectors to the first decaying wall and establish two blasters there to delay the creeper. Fill up that first space with collectors (they are the cheapest and fastest way to get energy and then start spamming reactors. Two mortars to keep the creeper on the edges where you can't build at bay.

Yeah I will try that. I had some success with drones last night just couldnt get my energy production up quick enough. It doesnt matter that your time was the worst. That is a tough map.
I restarted and did a tad better. Here I am at 12:47, but I got bored and quit out to watch football. :)
Looking over some old maps noticed this one only had a few scores.
Completed with much satisfaction after two or three failures.
