I am sure you recognize my map behavoir and this map, so it is clear I just altered the emitters to have an ever so slightly increased ambt. This is one of the easier ones as you have the high ground

Apparently one cannot build enough mortars son enough to keep the enemy at bay. (15 per hole is not enough)
Some other tactic maybe?

The more distant from an emitter, the less creeper you need to destroy for a stable situation. Don't start building your mortars all the way down, you have 10 layers to build at. I am sure you can figure the rest out by yourself.
