I can't play creeper 1 at all, the window is too small, creeper 3 is a bit better, its playable but still cant get it to go full screen. Any fixes for these without me having to reduce the screen on my end through windows settings?

Can't tell about CW1 but for CW3
Go to settings, there you can check the full screen box - I reduce the game resolution to 1920x1080 due to my screen size, you can try other values

To be clear - your screen is high-resolution, and the fixed-resolution forms of the games are too small to be seen due to the smaller pixels?
