No Emitters here !
So you just have to find the fastes way to connect to the Totem .
If you like to float towers , maybe you can find an way to use that to finnish it faster .
Hee hee hee. 7:25 :)
It took me almost an hour though, with the amount of time spent paused.
7:25?
how on earth did you do it so quick?
He he that is an very nice score ,
and it takes alot of work to make an score like that .
So i think your score will be #1 for an long time ,
if there isnt anybody else who wanna work alot to try to beat it =)
;D I am the King of Crazonium (http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/6712/smilieking.gif)
he he , and there is someone who likes to work alot to make an very nice score =)
Ofcourse it had to be roccologic who did it first , the gif shows that he likes floating =P
I fell asleep trying to play this map - twice. So I give up. It is unbeatable! ::)
;D Only the king can beat the king ;D
From: 4 min 16 sec
To: 2 min 48 sec 8)
I'm pretty sure I figured out Roccologic's technique, but I lack the coordination to employ it. (Think of the Bird)

I almost certainly did the same thing as him, but I'm not as good at it yet. Plus, when I went, I messed up a few times. So with finesse I could probably get closer to his score.
Somewhere on these forums, someone once posted a tool to simulate the button presses required.
O = 2 x P (AutoHotkey Script)

;)
My compliments, Rocco. Truly an impressive time. I only wish there were a Mac/OS-X version of that script.
I've been seeing those unbelievable scores all over the place and wondered if he was cheating or using some kind of gimmick - instead of actually playing the games.
Glad to know I can ignore those scores from now on.
Yes, I didn't realize one could script the game like that either. Now I know how they do those 3 minute scores.
Yeah, it's pretty lame for people to do it that way. Kind of defeats the point of the game. Why bother? Some illusion of glory?
Please note that this 'script' does nothing else than pause the game, play for a fraction of a second and pause again. It's exactly the same as tapping your 'p'-key twice quickly when in paused mode.
You still have to play the game the way you do yourself. The script does nothing else for you. It is only useful when bridging over crazonium walls, which can be done manually as well. It's a kind of tedious micromanagement that most people don't like, hence the script.
On maps without crazonium it's of no use, just like on maps with double crazonium walls (which can't be bridged), so more than 95% of the maps this isn't used. Fast times are just set by playing carefully: planning ahead of time, being able to determine what weapons and how much energy you'll need and building without a deficit. I don't use above mentioned script myself (as I don't like maps with crazonium), but I have no problems when other players do. I consider it 'automation', not 'cheating'.
I don't care if they do it, it just seems lame. Play the game straight or what's the point?
So what's the definition of playing 'straight'? Bridging was never intended by the creator of the game. Yet most people do it when attempting to obtain a high score (or have at least tried to do so). Many new keyboards and mouses allow the user to define actions for certain keys, so what's the difference? With this script it's possible for anybody to use this functionality, even when you don't have the most modern equipment.
If you don't like it, just don't use it. It's not the script itself that results in fast times; it's the technique of bridging that does.
Hey man didn't mean to ruffle your feathers. Let's just agree on two things.
1) It's your right to play however you wish.
2) It's my right to think using computer scripts to get bogus scores is lame.
Everybody wins.

Yeah, let's agree on that. :)

Only people who bridge a little more often.... ;D
roccologic, i think you can use more difficult programs...
i play it with my script but also need ~30min to play
pressing "O" then 5x positon chance then pressing "O" then 5x positon chance, .... this is horrible and not funny

Bevore i make this script i play with "P" -> "P" but at this map its horrible with or without script (without you must make some breaks for a coffee ;)).
PS: time information are valued, play this map for longer time.
