I don't know if this is the purpose or not, but you can just move your city to Australia.
But I like that, it gives me the feeling their are multiple possibilities (I actually hate maps with locked cities).
And I also liked the fact that it was geographical map , it makes playing a map more fun.
Great map, fun to play!
I love this area in real life, especially New Zealand; it's probably my favourite country due to it's variety in landscapes. Proud to be a Ditchman! ;)
