(Unintentionally?) easy.

Start in the top-left, work your way down at the left border to the inhibitor, kill it, done.
(You obviously need to keep the spores in check and you have to hold off the creeper to the right. The spores require some attention, the creeper requires just a mortar and a cannon at the narrow passage.)
You can even ignore the MPZ if you don't mind having to be a bit more careful about what kinds of firepower to concentrate where.
Seconded. You can ignore most of the map.
I mean, being able to ignore most of the map if you can destroy the inhibitor isn't strictly a bad thing. That's kind of the definition of the inhibitor, after all!
