As in old song of Louis Armstrong: "And I think to myself what a wonderful world." I can say: Our Creeper World! :) I created this retro game with old features as thanks to Master Cornucanis and Master Kajacx who helped me at the beginning of CSM era. BTW: DCBF (Double Conversion Bomb Factory) exist in game but not working and you not need this Kajacx's nice unit in gameplay. Good lu to ALL!
How am I supposed to start? I've terped away the terrain to access the first tower, but I still can't get the AC output high enough to avoid getting overrun.
Just below the CN are 2 gate blockers, You have to terp that area to prevent the creep from over running it. Then you have to build another 5 or 6 terps so you can send the CN back into orbit to be able to terp the platform it starts on.
Try starting off like this if you aren't confident on terping the CN area at the start
I started. Built 2 terps off the bat, then when they were charged sent the CN to orbit, dropped the terps on the bottom right to block off the area to the south. Then brought the CN back but shifted it 2 spaces over to get access to the tower on the left. Then blocked that off so i get better flow to the left and slowly cut off the flow from the north to take it. From then on you should have full access to everything.
Yeah, I love that start - really makes you think!
Great map, Yum! The new stuff is cool, and I do like that as well, but there's something to be said for the pure coolness factor of the basic game that you all have developed into such an entertaining experience. And I was secretly hoping you'd make some that were more challenging, although I know that might not be very popular. But I loved how this wasn't quite so easy at the start and that it's actually possible to lose. Not as relaxing as other maps because of that, but the challenges you create are always pleasantly invigorating!
Three enthusiastic smiles up! ;D ;D ;D
