Interesting idea, but needs some work. The power generation felt quite low/unstable.
I kept the bottom-left island as a power-farm but it felt like i put more power into the artifact than the collectors gathered.
Bigger collectors or giving them range would be pretty nice (they only seem to work if creeper dies directly below them?), but might run into trouble selecting units.
overall the collectors were just a small bonus to the command node power generation.
Thank you for the work you put into this.
At first glance, I thought it would be an interesting challenge. Within a few minutes I was exiting and looking for a more traditional game.
In general, maps that restrict game pieces - power being the worst restriction - won't rank very well with me.
If you decide to do a version with normal power structures, I would love to play it.

Completed this map but was a total slog for such a map, how does this thing work? I put it over stuff and it did nothing. But after taking the starting island except the area after this weird thing that takes the creeper and changes it to anti creeper, I then took over the side island for the last totem and began getting forge upgrades and it was beneficial to get all the forge upgrades and then charge up for a forge black hole for the last emitter. So how you get the energy you need from those things?
