Title: Custom map Post date / accepted date TIME ?

When an custom map gets accepted and ready for others to downloade ,
we can see an time in the post date : .
Is that time when the map is uploaded or accepted ?

This is the date and time the map is accepted.

This has nothing to do with the gameplay !
But to get info about what the post date time is .

You play custom maps by first downloading one and then importing it into the game from the "Custom Maps" button.  If you do not have the "Custom Maps" button, you do not hae the full version of the game.
