I think these blockers are fragile, you shouldn't expose them to 9 or more creeper.
It seems that every time when you get stargate "drowned" on AC it gives one free blocker.
Conclusion: Don't move blockers unless you have control over edit:whole stargate network of that color, expect green stargates.
This map makes no sense at all???
In the image below, WHY could I move a blocker from "A" to the indicated purple, but not from "B"
(The blocker died, of course, when it encountered deep creep)
Both A and B were yellow, completely un-creepered, and had a single "large green circle" blocker on it. By everything I know they were identical, yet only one allowed its blocker to move out?

And why can **NO** blocker be moved to the purple at "C", from anywhere?

Sorry, I agree this map was bad idea. :) Here is line that checks for creeper:
GetTimer2 eq0 <-C 4 gt and if CurrentCoords -1 AddCreeper 30 SetTimer2 endif
"you shouldn't expose them to 9 or more creeper." Actually 4 creeper :(
