Title: Getting initial access to chat?

I tried chat for the very first time today, and it's telling me "you can't access chat" Is there something I need to do, or is chat not working? I gave it my cquante user name, and what I think is my password.

Yep, you have to be a Jr member or better (25 posts or more).
