Currently stumped on how to collect that terp tech on the top right. I can't connect my CNs to that strip of land no matter what I try.

HINT:

Spoiler

This is LONG way to get TERP tech.
If You collect a lot of AC then by Bomber You can attack left/up island. Then using PZ from that emitter You can connect CN and one by one other islands and get TERP tech.
On the way You will have several battles with strong creeper...
