Incase anyone is having a little trouble with starting out

Put your 3 CNs in the bottom left, one on each bar. Get the energy siphons and connect all 3 with relays and build a blaster on each bar at the top and bottom. Nullify the spore towers and use their PZs for reactors. From there you should be settled.
