Title: ARC Custom Module: Plasma Missile

A new kind of missile, developed by ARC, using plasma technology! Only downsides is the high energy cost and slow reload, and the fact that it does not damage hull. It passively deals damage to particles within it's AOE. it is the bane of doppels, but it can't one shot them, cause doppel health is weird.
