looking for the map editor for CW 1 2 and 3
CW: http://knucklecracker.com/creeperworld/mapeditor.php
CW2: http://knucklecracker.com/creeperworld2/mapeditor.php
CW3 editor is in the game, you need to play some story levels to unlock it, in main menu called projects
Clear enough? :)

And as Builder17 said for CW3 map editor.
Thanks I got it and yes It's clear enough
now when I try to install the map editor I'm getting a fatal error on both CW and CW 2?
I don't have the game installed on my main drive C as it only 90gb soild state drive, I have the game install in dive D would that matter? adobe air is the latest version.
Are you getting an error running the game, or running the editor? Is it an error installing, or running after install?
What is the error message?
When I try to install the map editor.
Window that pop up under Status it say the following:
2: latal error occurrd, 207 ms
input: 2.2 / 2.2 MB @ 11.0 MB/s
Under report (in the window that pops up) it say the following:

Scanning the drive for archives:

Under console (in the window that pops up) it says the following:

I got it to working.
FYI
I was using Internet Explorer to down load it, the file was zip and I have to use a Un zip program to extract and received the errors. I used Google Chrome to down load it, I click on the file and adobe air installer open and installed it with out any problem.
Thank you for your time and help.
I just tested with both windows chrome and edge (windows 10)
With chrome I get CreeperMap-0380.air SHA-1: 9a473c8c439a770e932c989078342e2ae17069c5
With Edge I got CreeperMap-0380.zip SHA-1: 9a473c8c439a770e932c989078342e2ae17069c5
While the extension is not the same (it is ZIP) the binary contents are the same.
So with edge we got the wrong extension on download.
I don't know if it is a bug with edge or with the php page.
Anyways a possible workaround for the php page is :
if (strstr($HTTP_USER_AGENT,"MSIE")):
$attachment="";
else:
$attachment=" attachment;";
endif;
$size = @filesize($fichier_serveur);
header("Content-type: application/octet-stream");
header("Content-Disposition:$attachment filename=$fichier_client");
header("Content-length: $size");
header("Content-Description: File Transfert");
readfile($fichier_serveur);
