The original Launcher was specifically designed to target dense Creeper. Unfortunately, the targetting systems were extremely outdated and were less-than-capable of targetting fast-moving objects in space. During its redesign, the modern Launcher ships were no longer capable of targetting Creeper, but can strike moving objects with scary precision.
