I cannot destroy anything of theirs any help on this map?

This map is pretty hard

Edit: Try to energy starve mortars with runners and then you can destroy most of reactors in north and east areas

tried that, but I can barely get any creeper on their reactors and can't build a phantom.

This is emitter only map.

It requires some luck and good timing with runners to do that :-[
