Noting the guns and the lathe, you want this to be some sort of assault ship, yes? With absolutely no armour to speak of, it won't last very long on the front lines.

That many particle beams is also good way to drain power quickly - though they can be useful if activated as a run at an Emitter begins.

Armour up, and perhaps swap the 1x1 modules for a port, and you may well have a good ship.
