Suggestions (as I have for nearly every ship posted):

Rotate the 3x3 modules back, the Discharger going where the CM is, and the CM ending up unable to be MK7-ed by less than three direct hits. Drop a particle beam or two, you have enough to erase fields of plasma there. And finally, you may want to consider adding a Guppy. Else, one of the better ships I have seem for a while.

Suggestion: A missile/shield/hammer wall-ship of moderate length. The great weakness of walls is Emergent, so this would be a counter-intuitive but possibly effective combination.
