Grab the top-left, don't break anything. Build it all. Get the Spider up as fast as possible by not using any power.
Once everything is charged, start popping Doppels. When the top-left is finished, remove that particle band.
The biggest lathe is able to wander through the field with general abandon as long as you protect it from ships.
It's trivial thereafter.
