This ship was discovered during a Frontline Corporation expedition into Redacted space. The CEO (Now dead) took claim of this ship as his own. Just like some of the other ones, it seemed this ship belonged to someone in a high position in power, probably the highest. As we now know that the Precursor's called themselfs the "Seloi Imperium" The Emperor, or Imperator as he was likely refered too, must have been the previous owner of this vessel.
