Is it some limitation (50?) for creation of mission in editor? I cannot enter in editor and edit map 50 and even cannot delete it.
For previous map 49 - no problem, editor works well.
Did you check the game log? Do you actually know where the game log is?

There's no limit in the game. Most likely the file on disk is locked by some other application or process. I'd do a full system reboot and then see if you can edit or delete it.
Reboot means reinstall PF 1.0.3b2?
Edit: Now reinstalled game. Problem remained.
Edit 2: Deleted map 50 (in folder "My Games/particlefleet") and now editor works properly.
A reboot means to turn power off to your computer and have it restart.
Re-install means to install the game again.

Reboot (several times) not helped, re-install also not helped. Only delete map in folder "My Games/particlefleet" helped. :)
