I've just re-installed Creeper World 3 on my new computer (after a long long time of not playing it) and I want to play Tormented Space. However - it won't load properly. By this I mean there is just a blank sector map with no stars, no connections, and it says no Warp Drives collected (even though I have completed many missions, and the Cloud definitely saved everything else)
Quick bits:
- My computer is Windows 8, 64bit
- Creeper World 3 is installed through Steam
- I have a screenshot of what I am describing as an attachment
- Also to note: clicking "Return to Origin" in the top-left does absolutely nothing, so I much restart CW3 to get out of the menu
Exit the game, then rename this directory:
c:\Users\YOUR_USER\Documents\creeperworld3
That is where all of your game state is stored. Removing (or renaming) that directory should reset the state of the game and put you back at square one. If you don't want that, you'll have to dig deeper into what exact files to delete to reset just tormented space.
