Hmm... this map seems oddly familiar...  ;)

Spoiler
I just made an army of omnis and rushed the two flip emitters. From there I just took the tanker, lathe and omnis to pick off the rest of the emitters. Didnt need any other ships. Took a while at the end to mire everything and collect all the omnis

Nice map. I like having to flee the asteroid at the start, mixes things up a bit versus what you usually do.

Spoiler
I got my tanker past the south bit of the asteroid while evacuating so I figured I might as well start an omni cluster there while the ground is still grey. Made my way up past the edge of the map to the westmost emitters and took those down. Lathe ships were useful here, but I built them on the spot. From there it was basically all omni work to make my way back east, taking down everything. I rock burned the north island in half so I could take the northwest bit without having to deal with the strong northeast emitter but that probably wasn't even necessary.

All the other ships just sat outside the asteroid, taking out whatever red particles managed to flow through.

Yeah I see the samiliarity Doug but very different map for me.

Spoiler
If you start well you can take the emitter near your HQ and fight from the centre, with some careful omnis you can expand quite quickly. You also have time to save the lathe and take the right side of the map. You can start bulding omnis straight away thanks to a fully stocked tanker which is a huge advantage for a fast start.

I really enjoyed this one and I hope we see more land based adventures!

Pretty fun map. Lots of omnis and they were pretty satisfying to use. I like watching the blue mire spread. I didn't really use the ships much for anything, but they were useful to make sure no red particles made it to the energy mines on the east.

Yes - inspired strongly by your map - River Base ( https://knucklecracker.com/forums/index.php?topic=22043.0 )

looking at the screenshots - even more similar than I'd realised!
