Playing with an idea for a ship and map(s) to go with it, but am not a coder (or haven't since Neverwinter Nights 1) and unfortunately don't have the time to learn PRPL. Wondering if someone knew how to code/could figure out how to code:
1) Ship explodes in to benign particle when destroyed.
2) Possible self destruct?
Was picturing a scout ship with self destruct, or just a player-guided antiparticle missile. Either way, it would open up some tactical options. Is anyone willing to take a stab at it?
Should be doable. Other projects mean that this might take time, but when it is done, it should be fairly quick.
