Participation was by invitation only. Invitations were issued some time ago and the process is now closed since we are anticipating a general release next week.

How's the demo being published? Will it be a web-based sort of thing (a la CW3:A), or will we download it and play it locally?
Initially a stand-alone download from Knuckle Cracker site, same as for all other games on the site.
