Yeah, that AOO seems useless--how do you get to it?

I've got all but the top part of the map and I see no way to crack it.

Story behind the AOO: Was gonna do something there, ended up realizing by the time you got there you could have, should have, most definitely would have already won, and completely forgot about it when finalizing. In fact, when I attempted to see if it was possible, I had already set up the final nullifier for the final emitter.
