So...I noticed that if I drag/box selected a group of omnis and grabbed something else in it...in my case a constructed energy crystal...I moved the omni's at which point it deselected the omni's. But it didn't let go of the energy crystal and I spent some time trying to figure out why I couldn't click on anything. :(
Fixed in the upcoming build. I don't see a reason to allow drag selection of anything other than ships and omnis, so I just limit to those two cases.
