Can we please have keyboard left/right arrow key navigation for carousel menus? Would make things slightly easier.

Concur.
I periodically find myself reaching for that function.
That carousel was a sneaky little trick I played on myself. I thought, "oh maybe it will look good and be a nice replacement for a flat main menu". That turned out to be true... but it was a Faustian bargain if ever there was.
So, you can drag the carousel with the mouse, spin the carousel by flicking it with the mouse, use the mouse wheel to rotate the carousel, click the buttons under the carousel to rotate it, and for the exchange 'infinite' version there are ways to make it jump more than one.
Keys make sense too, I must admit. I suppose I can add arrow keys or whatever the player has set for map movement keys.
I'm sure someone will ask for edge bump rotation when the game is fullscreen next :)

Ummm.
That'd be great!
;)
I found, playing planetfall's big 'Warp' map that I couldn't easily see what I was aiming remote grabbers at.
If I could have just edge bumped the map while I had the grabber selected, it would have saved all that tedious un-selecting, zooming way out, re-selecting, positioning, zooming back in...
::)
Now during a game... if you play full screen edge scrolling already works actually. I hardly ever play full screen, but it's there for anyone that wants it (it can be turned off an adjusted with "Bump Scroll Rate" in the controls settings panel).
I was actually joking about making this work on the main menu (and submenus) with the carousel. :)
Do you plan to support the Macbook Wheel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BnLbv6QYcA)?
