CN1: Nullify the two spore towers bottom left
CN2+3: Nullify tower and emitter on the left
Thor: No need to move it, only protects the middle island against spores.

Move all CN to the middle island so that the ore deposits are connected. Build those and a sprayer (spores won't fire),
liberate the left island and put beams on the powerzones.
Collectors are free, reactors very cheap. Plenty of energy to defend against the spores, plenty of ore to fight the weak emitters.

Not the fastest strategy, but you can't lose this way.
