Interesting map. The instant-buildings makes it kinda easy, but still pretty cool!  8)

Easy?  I don't see any way to develop enough firepower to take the hard bases.

Since everything is insta-build, you can land in the middle base, build a ton of reactors, cannons, and mortars and take it down fairly quickly - before the stuff piles up. After that, you can use beams to knock a lot of those spores down and then keep going...

If things weren't insta-build, then yeah... you'd have to land on the base in the lower right and do stuff the hard way. But since the map-maker didn't require anything to have a cost you can do it the easy way  ;)
