Title: Conversion effects
Post by: TLFP on February 07, 2016, 05:29:55 PM
I had an idea. If totems are going to be in Particle Fleet why can't you use them to create a vortex that pulls particles in and when it finishes it converts EVERYTHING in a radius specified by the player.

Or better yet, as endgame effect, when all totems activated all enemy units/particles/spawners convert to player side.

Wishful thinking but it's not really as satisfying as all the remaining enemy units going KABLOOIE.

If you want a boom how 'bout after the vortex finishes goes BOOM and scatters converted particles EVERYWHERE! You also could have a enemy unit that corrupts your units.

You know, talking about it like this makes me remember that good old days of Loki in CW where everything is sucked into a black hole (except for Odin City) and goes, as you say, KABLOOIE.
Just have that happen again.
