Only CRPL there should affect your end score.

I just played this in two very different orders but got pretty much the same result, didn't notice any sudden changes in time etc. Have I missed something?

The emitters aren't strong, it's not hard to hold your hilltop.

Given the warning about order I expect bad things happen if you blow the stuff under your CN, though.
