Brain dead sleeper.  It took a while before I took it under fire but once I did it never moved, just sat there and died.

Better than the one I faced which did move when I first started firing on it - and in so doing let me easily wipe out virtually all of its remaining infrastructure? The second time I took it under fire it had nowhere to go ... 8)

The sleeper can rebuild it's infrastructure.  I've taken out everything near a sleeper many times and it's recovered.
