There is a solution to the rain problem which makes the map much easier and faster.

Terp holes, and fill them/let them fill with >1 AC before putting relays in. Provided the AC is kept topped up, relays or other vunerable units are then immune from rain damage.

These rainy maps are very evil! Cool map though, enjoyed it a lot.

Best tactic for me is to spend all upgrades on AC and use sprayers set to always on. Just make sure they are out of range of digitalis as you want them to just create pools of AC. Spread out 4 or 5 between base and the boss nulifier

Basic tactic for me is to do other levels.  It's great how many people are making them lately.
