Nice map.

I know that's what you are going for, but it's helpful to have some contrast between layers for my old eyes.

I feel I messed this one up a little and I too was having a little trouble seeing where I could place stuff afterwards. Spent to long on it and just kept adding detail to the land forgetting turret placement. Also felt like a bit of a slugfest.

I tried to fix it a little bit in version 2 and made the map smaller so you no longer start in the middle

Thanks for feedback though, Im open to critism.

Glad I'm not the only one here with that problem.

@Parallax - thanks for taking that comment in the way it was meant. We all benefit when the maker's use constructive criticism to make a better map. On to the revises version!
