my first #playascreeper map! Relember: its the first. can does a error.
This is not a PAC map, it is a regular map.
If the aim of this map was to set a new record for lowest rating ever, it definitely succeeded.
However, the identity of the record-holder did not change :)

First I was like, oh cool, new players actually read the forums! And then I was like, no they don't. What on earth was this person thinking? That you can slap one unmodified CRPL core down with an emitter image and it will magically turn into a PAC map? I admire the relatively slightly larger than normal effort, and if it was an actual PAC map it would likely be pretty balanced and easy, but didn't the author realize when they finalized and uploaded the map that hey, this isn't like those wacky newfangled maps I keep seeing on the top scores?
LOL, I love it. I'm guessing Juan intentionally made the map like this. The description kinda gives it away... "it can does an error" is like saying, "Hey, maybe I'll maked a misstaken today."
So I mean hey, the map is good for a quick laugh so why not? :)

Normally I'd agree.
However, this map's maker obviously didn't even try his creation once, wasting everybody's time. I can see how this provokes acidic remarks, I had to bite back some pretty unfriendly words myself.
Should we report this map as being "broken"? It's not the usual reason why maps should be reported, but this map is just broken, kaput, and should probably not have been uploaded in the first place (whether out of bad manners or just because the author didn't know better).
