Hard to tell what the basic intent of this is.
The only task for the player is to connect/collect all the Artifacts, then the game is over.

Maybe if you explain what you wanted, some players could give you some advice.

Looks like someone just threw (was going to use a different word) a bunch of units all over a map.

I doubt there is any intent, I suspect a very young child worked out how to post a map!
