Well, that's a first.

Time to victory:  1 hour, 10 minutes.

Buildings built:  Nullifiers.

I built nothing else.  As the anti-creeper pushed the creeper back far enough I could place a nullifier I moved a CN there and zapped the emitter.  I also zapped the spore towers but they didn't matter one way or another--they won't fire on CNs or nullifiers so they just sat there at 0:00 and never fired.
