Well if maps could be removed based on lack of content this map should be gone.
Report it. You may do so. Look at V's guidelines at the top of this forum.

well it's not quite insta-win, but it is essentially an achievement map, so i reported it on that basis.
author, please post only finished maps to CS, and please use the DMD for achievements in future if you want to share them. 8)
also please put your name on maps in future ::)
When I reported it, I used the "Not an actual mission" wording.
