When I started playing this I thought you were being very kind to me as it was easy to take the middle Island and then I noticed the 2 cannons bottom left and thought I better take them out and just as I did and thought Phew... KABOOM !!  :'( I knew it! That pesky STDOUT had something up his sleeve to get me somewhere.. (then I started cussing myself for not looking more at the map before I started playing it) Those three cannons after that were brutal but I got through them and ate the lot , and even licked the plate clean after.. ;D

I kept waiting for the horrible surprise, and it never came....

I think I've played too many pastor_healer maps!

I think the horrible surprise was the PZ enabled berthas raining on your parade. If you got them before they were done building (and you had enough time to do so) then they never came into play.

Right after we took the center island, we noticed the berthas in construction. We raced to kill them before they're done and the rest of the map was very manageable.

So the powerzone berthas are attackable before they are built even with all those beams?
There are 5 of them, 2 I can destroy before they are built, but the three on the other side with all those beams next to them?
Maybe use the void + field to go up and attack them, but there are lots of defenses. is the cost of building units increased and units start unbuilt to give us time?
Even with said boosts, active powerzone berthas in play as creeper maps = defeat.
