I bought CW3 on Steam. I run Ubuntu 14.04 x86(32 bit). The game crashes on the mission screen when selecting "Arc Eternal". Similar symptoms as the problem reported in this thread:

I have tried all the things in the above thread including the Steam overlay and creating the folders. I'm not seeing any output in the Steam logs and Player.log does not seem to show evidence of the specific crash(i followed it as I reproduced). Player.log is attached.
Is this game actually supported on 14.04? or is it 12.04 only?
Please advise. Any assistance will be appreciated.

That player log looks like it is from a different game, "Ultimate General Gettysburg" (which is also apparently a Unity game).
As for the crash, make sure the user you run the game as has read/write access to ~/Documents/creeperworld3. That can sometimes be an issue that can cause a crash.
