I'm trying to copy cwe.sol to a new pc, but it won't unlock my achievements (which is everything), so I can't play chronom on this computer without playing a lot of other levels.

Why doesn't cwe.sol work? Or is it not supposed to unlock everything?

Is there another way to unlock everything so I do not have to play all the levels on a new computer, everytime?

Go to your appdata directory and copy the .dat files. (on windows)
%appdata%\CreeperWorld\[filename].dat
