I have lost my stats file from CWE. I was playing CWE via site www.herna.biz using name "haf haf". Is there any way admins could recover my stats file so I could continue playing?

The flash games store data locally. If something cleans out your 'flash cookies', then the local stats get deleted. There's nothing I can do to get them back.
