I typically create maps that take some thinking. For those who like a challenge, this one is for you. Please don't get frustrated if you are a beginner at Creeper and can't get going on this map. It takes patience. Have fun...
Thank you for posting this one.
I'm finding it very slow going - grinding even - to work through it without a Forge/Totem(s).
Long games without the possibility of upgrades tend to crank down a few notches on the old fun meter.
Thanks,
H
This is the first map where I felt like a forge wasn't necessary. Gaining the foothold took me 12 exciting minutes and once I got passed that I started being able to place berthas on PZs and it was a cake walk. There is no real estate for a forge in the early game and by mid game a forge would have only been used for packet upgrades at that point.
Ore, on the other hand, would have been a welcome addition to this map.
Silly question - is it intentional that the top middle-left emitter's digitalis is not connected at either end?
Thanks for the comments on this map. To me, some maps don't warrant a forge just to speed up the map. The maps I build
are generally for those who are looking for a change of pace. Some require severe thinking to just get a foot hold. Then
when the win looks like a reality, the game is more fun.
Anyway, I am grateful for the game and you all to join in the fight.
Blessings to all
