If you mean the opening speech at the beginning of a map, that thing knows when it has been seen before, and won't show up any time but the first. So you, the mapmaker, have already seen it, probably when playing the game to post it here. Everyone else should be able to see it just fine (though I admit I didn't test if I could). You can see it again if you wish with the button Archived Transmissions in the CN tab.
