Fun!

Never really in danger, just fighting inch for inch.

I suggest aiming for the center of the pyramid right away.  Once you knock out either side, the powerzones make the rest of the map topple easily.

Just played this. Really fun! I didn't ever use the converter artifact, though. That might have improved my ~50' time. When I got to the top and filled the PZs with mortars my timer slowed down to about 1/4. :)

Huh?  I can't see the point in aiming for the center.  Aim for an end, as you say, once you have a PZ it's easy.  You only have to defend in one direction when you attack an end.  (The emitters around the edge can be killed by air power although I didn't bother with the ones in back.)
