Build your base, then take the first island. From there it's a cake walk. But don't take too long!
That 25-spore tower isn't enough of a threat to say don't wait too long. My beams on the second island stopped all but one spore from hitting and the one that fell into my assault force on the final island did only very minor damage.
Thank you for the feedback. I had initially thought about really bulking up that spore tower and making it a really ugly threat, but I didn't want to crush the player. I was looking to make a map that was fun to play with maybe a hint of danger, without the actual punishment that some map makers seem to like to give. :)
